  • Email address

  • First name and last name

  • Usage Data

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

For both Auto-Builder and Ana, VBCG collects minimal operational data, including information about the browser, the timestamp of the query, and email. This data is stored securely in VBCG’s database and is retained solely to support user operations, security, and service improvement.

Data Collection for Auto-Builder and Ana

While Auto-Builder may require Anaplan credentials, which are encrypted using Fernet Symmetric Cryptography and inaccessible to our team, Ana requires only an email address and password chosen by the user for account creation. No additional credentials or personally identifiable information are collected or stored for Ana’s usage.

Handling of Anaplan Credentials

Our Service may require the use of your Anaplan credentials to perform automation tasks on the Anaplan platform. The Company is committed to ensuring the security and privacy of these Anaplan credentials. All Anaplan login details are encrypted through the use of the Fernet Symmetric Cryptography to guarantee their security. These Anaplan credentials remain securely encrypted and are used solely for their intended purpose within the automation processes; they are never accessible to our team, and we cannot access or retrieve them at any point.

When using Ana, no additional information is required beyond an email and password. VBCG does not sell or share Personal Data and does not permit third-party providers to train their models on identifiable Customer Personal Data for their own purposes. Approved providers (e.g., OpenAI, etc.) act as our subprocessors and process data solely to deliver the service under our instructions and contracts.

Prompts and responses may be processed by approved subprocessors’ infrastructure solely to provide Ana. These subprocessors are bound by confidentiality, security, and purpose-limitation obligations; they are prohibited from training their models on identifiable Customer Personal Data for their own use. Administrators can request subprocessor details or object on reasonable grounds by contacting contact@vb-cg.com.

Customer Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Anaplan (and any other third-party platform) via our Service complies with the applicable terms, policies, and contracts of those third parties. VBCG does not review or monitor your third-party agreements and has no liability for your non-compliance with them.

Model Improvement & De-Identified Data

We use de-identified operational data (e.g., telemetry and statistical aggregates) to operate, secure, and improve our services. By default, we also use identifiable Customer Personal Data to improve VBCG models; administrators may disable this at the account, workspace, or region level (or by emailing contact@vb-cg.com). Disabling is prospective and does not require deletion of previously derived de-identified artifacts. Admins may disable identifiable data model-improvement at the account/workspace or region level (or by emailing contact@vb-cg.com). • For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.

  • For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

California Notice of Financial Incentive

We may offer discounted pricing (the “Training Rate”) when identifiable data model-improvement is enabled. If disabled, standard (“Non-Training”) rates apply. Categories of personal information potentially involved include prompts, outputs, and telemetry. The incentive’s value reasonably relates to our costs and benefits from improving our models and is reflected in the discount from the Non-Training Rate. You may opt out or withdraw at any time—without retaliation—by disabling model-improvement (or emailing contact@vb-cg.com). Any pricing changes take effect as described in your order.

Legal Bases for Processing Your Personal Data

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that requires it, we rely on the following legal bases to process your Personal Data:

  • With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

Role of the Parties & Subprocessors

For Customer Personal Data, the customer is the controller/business and VBCG is the processor/service provider. Where a customer enables identifiable data model-improvement, VBCG acts as an independent controller only for that limited purpose. We engage vetted subprocessors under written terms requiring confidentiality, security, and purpose limitation; a current list is available on request. We will provide notice of material subprocessor changes and consider reasonable objections. Third-party model providers are prohibited from training on identifiable Customer Personal Data for their own purposes.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing the Service, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements and policies.

Upon termination or deletion, we will delete or anonymize Customer Personal Data from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Previously derived de-identified artifacts may be retained, as they no longer constitute Personal Data.

Usage Data—such as logs, timestamps, and performance metrics—is generally retained for up to 12 months for internal analytics, security monitoring, and service improvement. This data may be retained longer only when required by law or for legitimate business needs, such as fraud prevention or system integrity.

After the applicable retention periods, we will either delete your Personal Data or anonymize it so it can no longer be associated with you.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your Personal Data when it is transferred outside of your jurisdiction. These safeguards may include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or similar transfer mechanisms recognized by relevant authorities. Where applicable, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and UK/Swiss equivalents) or other recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers.
